The Board and Management are observing an increasing
number of residents placing trash and/or other debris out
for collection days prior to scheduled pick-up.

THE GOVERNING DOCUMENTS PROHIBITS RESIDENTS
FROM PLACING ANY TRASH OR OTHER DEBRIS
OUTSIDE HOMES UNTIL THE EVENING BEFORE
PICK-UP DAY. ALSO, THE TRASH COLLECTION
VENDOR WILL NOT PICK-UP LANDSCAPE DEBRIS
IF IT IS NOT APPROPRIATELY CUT AND PACKAGED
IN SOME FORM OF CONTAINER.

Please cooperate--it is unsightly for neighbors, their families,
visitors, etc., to see trash cans, landscape and other debris
outside homes for days at a time - especially during weekends.

NEED A GATE CLICKER?

CLICKERS CAN BE PURCHASED AT THE GATEHOUSE
AT $ 35 EACH WITH A CHECK PAYABLE TO "THE FALLS."
THEY ARE AVAILABLE FROM 7:30AM TO 2PM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY.

The Residents can reach the gatehouse by calling 954-349-1480.

When calling the gatehouse to admit visitors or change information in your file,
you will neeed to have your PIN number ready for the gatehouse attendant.

The pool maintenance vendor reports small plastic toys are being placed
in the pool during play and often left in the water after residents leave the
pool. These small objects can be sucked into the pool return system and
cause costly damage to the equipment.

Please DO NOT place small objects, including balloons in the pool.

REMINDER
Residents are advised that garage doors should not remain open
for long periods of time unless you are working in the garage.
Leaving garage doors open is a violation of Weston
City Code and The Falls documents. Further, it invites burglary.
Also, remove valuables from vehicles parked outside so that you don't invite a vehicle break-in.

The Board of Directors has received complaints regarding speeding.
The speed limit in each neighborhood is 15MPH. If you are speeding,
you run the risk of being identified and fined by the Association.
The speed limits were purposefully set to protect your neighbors and their families.
Please obey the posted speed limit.
