The Board of Director of The Falls Homeowners Association
consists of five members, elected by the homeowners.
Each member serves for a term of one year.

Elections are held at the annual meeting, in accordance with
community documents and state regulations.
Proxys, candidate information,
and related materials are mailed to association members
prior to the election.
